Alpine Management Solutions provides technical support for AlarmBase
Professional and related software products. You can contact
us during normal business hours between 8:00am and 5:00pm (Mountain
Time).
Continuous Enhancement and
Support
We offer a reasonably priced maintenance and support plan we call
Continuous Enhancement and Support (CES). The plan provides on-going
software updates for maintenance/enhancements and support during
normal business hours. In addition, customers on the CES plan
have complete access to our Customer Center.
Training
Depending on your specific needs, training may involve four stages.
First, if we visit your offices during the implementation process,
key personnel will receive one-on-one training. Second, users
are provided a schedule to view online tutorials. Third, formal
Internet-based training classes are provided before the software
is implemented. Fourth, immediately following implementation,
Internet-based training and assistance is available as necessary.
We provide on-going training
classes via the Internet for a reasonable charge. Tutorials are
available free of charge.
Consulting and
Customization
Alpine Management Solutions is dedicated to providing feature-rich
management software solutions to our customers while recognizing
that each customer may have unique requirements. We provide consulting
and software customization services to help fulfill those requirements.
We have experience with assisting our customers in matters involving
accounting, business processes and general management. With respect
to software customization, we have expertise in defining requirements,
designing solutions, and programming. |
